I’m an accredited Hyrox & REPS certified Personal Trainer and founder of JackedFitness. Transitioning from a competitive rugby union athlete to the path of an aspiring PRO bodybuilder, I know exactly what it feels like to want more for yourself in this life.

Injuries and setbacks stripped a great deal of my identity, sustaining multiple surgeries and painful nights of unrest. For years, I spent far too much time focused on the things I didn’t like about myself, and I lost my way in the process. To be truthful, I lost my direction.

Since then, I have used the gym to change my life and not just physically. It taught me to be resilient and to stay planted during those low points in life. When you are truly rooted in what you believe in, a tree stands tall through all four seasons. You grow. Every. Single. Year.

I have been a student of the fitness game for many years. Now, I consider myself a coach to the upcoming generation of men and women, both young and old, who want to succeed in the gym! 🔥

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients start seeing noticeable changes within just two weeks — The real magic happens with consistency.

I ask for a 90-day commitment — not just to me, but to yourself. This timeframe gives your body and mindset the chance to properly shift. In just three months, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come.

How long is the commitment?

It depends what your goals are. For weight loss, it is not necessary. Losing fat is primarily driven by diet. For gaining muscle, a gym is very beneficial, but it is possible to build significant muscle with at home equipment or an outdoor gym.

Do I need a gym membership?

I’m in your corner every step of the way. I stay closely involved with each client — reviewing your weekly progress, checking in on your food, weight, tracking, macros, and overall mindset. My coaching is personal, not cookie-cutter. If you need help, you’ve got it.
